Sales Engineer German Fluency

Effective interaction between all energy components (think solar storage charging heatpumps) within an energy system will become increasingly important. Reonic makes crosssector energy planning as easy as it gets from the initial quote to simulating and optimizing.

With 250 customers and strong investor backing were on a trajectory to become one of the fastest growing renewable energy companies in Europe. To do this effectively we need talented Sales Engineers.

Tasks

Position Overview:

Were seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in technical sciences a keen understanding of technology and exceptional sales acumen. Crucially they will serve as the primary liaison between Reonic and our customers providing indepth support to ensure a seamless experience. German fluency is essential for effective communication with our predominantly Germanspeaking clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of Reonics solutions to potential clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues resolving them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients as well as onboard new customers onto the Reonic platform
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technology to better serve our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a hard science or related field.
• Proven track record in sales with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Fluency in German is a must.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer or strong technical aptitude is a plus.
