Tasks
Position Overview:
Were seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in technical sciences a keen understanding of technology and exceptional sales acumen. Crucially they will serve as the primary liaison between Reonic and our customers providing indepth support to ensure a seamless experience. German fluency is essential for effective communication with our predominantly Germanspeaking clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of Reonics solutions to potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues resolving them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients as well as onboard new customers onto the Reonic platform
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technology to better serve our customers.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a hard science or related field.
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer or strong technical aptitude is a plus.
