SAP HCM Portuguese Payroll Consultant

Location: Portugal (remote with occasional onsite meetings)

Duration: 12month contract with potential for extension

Rate: Up to 250 per day (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM with Portuguese Payroll experience to join our team on a freelance basis..

Tasks

• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on client requirements
• Manage and maintain Portuguese payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Provide expert advice and support on SAP HCM functionalities including Payroll and Time Management
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct system testing documentation and user training as needed

Requirements

• 3 years of handson experience with SAP HCM PY Portugal processes
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and configurations
• Experience with Portuguese payroll legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Availability to start immediately and commit to a 12month contract
