Position: Content Moderator

As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing usergenerated content on various platforms ensuring that it meets company standards and policies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our clients brands while also ensuring a safe and positive experience for their users.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and review usergenerated content on various platforms including social media websites and forums

Enforce company policies and guidelines for content moderation

Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content

Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve content moderation processes and policies

Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices for content moderation

Provide regular reports on content moderation activities and metrics

Train and mentor new team members on content moderation processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

2 years of experience in content moderation or a related role

Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy

Experience with content moderation tools and systems is a plus

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
