Currently we are assisting our client in identifying a talented individual to join their team as a Consulting Director specializing in Retail & Consumer particularly within the FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Role Overview:

As a Consulting Director for Retail & Consumer (FMCG) you will play a pivotal role in leading our clients efforts to support businesses navigating the challenging landscape of the retail and consumer sectors in Indonesia with a specific focus on FMCG. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in FMCG you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions to address the evolving challenges and opportunities facing our clients FMCG clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to our clients Retail & Consumer Consulting practice with a dedicated focus on the FMCG sector driving growth and delivering exceptional client service.
• Lead and oversee client engagements utilizing your deep industry knowledge and understanding of FMCG dynamics to develop customized solutions that drive business value.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within the FMCG industry serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and consumer behaviors within the FMCG sector providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients to help them maintain competitiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture within the practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience working in TOP Management Consulting/Consulting/Advisory company
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on the FMCG sector within the retail and consumer industries.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian FMCG market including market trends competitive dynamics and consumer behaviors.
• Proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements driving tangible business outcomes for FMCG clients.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to address client challenges.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
