Partner with manufacturing and factory teams to understand business objectives operational challenges and technology needs and translate them into IT initiatives and solutions.
Lead the implementation and optimization of solutions relevant to manufacturing operations including Production Planning (PP) Material Management (MM) Plant Maintenance (PM) Quality Management (QM) and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes ensuring accurate demand forecasting inventory optimization and production scheduling.
Drive digital factory initiatives to enhance automation efficiency and visibility across manufacturing processes leveraging technologies such as IoT data analytics and robotics.
Develop and implement solutions for production planning and scheduling capacity management and resource optimization aligning with business priorities and operational requirements.
Partner with quality management teams to implement and maintain quality control processes compliance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure robust and secure connectivity for manufacturing systems and equipment.
Facilitate change management and adoption of new technologies within the manufacturing environment providing training support and documentation as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in manufacturing and IT and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Production Planning Execution Maintenance and Quality Management.
Handson experience with SAP modules relevant to manufacturing operations such as PP MM PM QM and MES.
Experience with digital factory initiatives including IoT data analytics robotics and automation technologies.
Experience working with industryspecific manufacturing solutions or platforms.
