EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER - Grand Hyatt Kuwait City

Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for passionate dynamic focused and multitasking personality as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager.

In this role you will be responsible to provide strong and efficient administrative responsibilities while simultaneously representing the executive office.

An Ideal candidate will be:

• Personable well presented and have the ability to get along with a variety of personality types.
• Have good knowledge of English language (spoken as well as written) Arabic will be an advantage.
• Well versed with Executive Office Administrative work and responsibilities well organized discrete trustworthy and able to handle business information with confidence.
• Proficiency in computer programs like MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and operations experience in hotel will be an advantage
• Experience in a similar role preferably in a high volume hospitality environment.
