PartTime Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant

Description: Were seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented individual to join our team as a parttime remote bookkeeper/accountant. This position offers flexible hours and the ability to work from home. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using Zoho Books accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
  
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  
• Prepare and process invoices expense reports and other financial documents.
  
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting databases.
  
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets as needed.
  
• Handle registrations and filing of local US sales tax.
  
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
  

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience working for US companies in a similar capacity.
  
• Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software is a must.
  
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Flexibility to work parttime hours and from a remote location.
