Overview

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company s sales efforts and revenue generation. They are responsible for identifying potential customers selling products or services to them and maintaining a good relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic approach to sales a strong focus on customer needs and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking and cold calling
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct market research to identify and assess customer needs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Regularly report on sales performance activities and achievements
  • Participate in sales events and trade shows to promote the company s products/services
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets and goals
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Travel to meet clients when necessary

Required qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Excellent knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver sales forecasts budgets and reports
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
