Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Nairobi

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our HR solutions and outsourcing services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and drive the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  2. Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and events.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
  4. Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures presentations website content and promotional materials.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  6. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics including campaign effectiveness website traffic and lead generation.
  7. Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  9. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Manager or senior management.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing preferably in the HR services industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
