Establish and manage our Manila office from hiring to office setup and facilities management.

Collaborate closely with the founder to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Foster a vibrant and inclusive company culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Think like a founder and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Lead by example inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.

Take ownership of projects ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in operations management preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a knack for problemsolving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for motivating and empowering others.

A proactive and resourceful mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges.

Curiosity and a genuine interest in the fintech industry.
