Job Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with a warm friendly vibe
Present clean menus to guests inform them of any food or drink specials and let them know their server will be over to the table shortly
Treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed guests expectations
Take guests names and contact information for wait list and inform them of accurate wait times
Run the floor plan board
Understand dining room floor plan table/server capacity and keep track of the number of clean dirty and occupied tables
