Assistant Accounts Manager - Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group

The Role
Core Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties related to the branch including Distribution and retail businesses. Preparing financial statements reports and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability. Drafting budgets income statements balance sheets tax returns and reports required by regulatory authorities. Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business. Receivable management and customer interactions. Analysis of various financial data. (Margin analysis Store profitability expense control Rentals and key accounting ratios) Compiling financial reports and supervising monthend processes. Managing and monitoring metrics KPI tracking and reports for the financial department. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization. Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes. Inventory management inventory aging liquidations stock counts (warehouse and store)

Requirements
Qualification & Experience: Min 57 years experience in the same industry (Distribution & Retail) Qualified Graduate or Postgraduate Knowledge about the prevailing Tax laws in Oman (VAT and Income Tax). Tax Assessments VAT Returns etc. Command over ERP & MS Office is essential. (Preference Microsoft 365 accounting software advanced knowledge in MS Excel for various analyses)
