Jr Accountant - Reyami Rental

We are looking for a Asst. Accountant to join our team in RusaylMuscat. Expereince in Equipment Rental Industry would be an added advantage.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Your typical duties will include but not limited to the following :

• Daily closing invoices/ work orders in the system and recording the receipts of all clients.
• Sending invoices to the clients on daily weekly and monthly basis.
• Generating and daily updating of receivables report and follow up all client due payments. Calling the clients and sending messages to clients for follow up payments.
• Depositing all daily collections to the respective departmental bank accounts.
• Reporting to immediate manager the receivable status of all clients and informing coordinators in the operation department regarding the receivable status of their clients.
• Managing the petty cash of the company by monitoring and reimbursing the petty cash in accordance with company protocols.
• Prepare payments requested by the senior accountant through cheque and bank transfers ensuring all payments are authorized by approved signatories.
• Reporting daily sales receipts & receivables to the department heads
• Assist to prepare month end reports of the assigned department.
• Ensure all time deadlines are met in accordance with management protocols.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: RO250.000 RO300.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
