Green Industry Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Green Industry Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our company you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to landscape and hardscape construction. This role requires a deep understanding of the demands of the landscape/lawn care business and expertise in the construction of landscape hardscapes including retaining walls patio builds and more.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan coordinate and execute landscape and hardscape projects from conception to completion ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled laborers providing guidance training and support to achieve project goals.
• Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs provide project updates address concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all aspects of project execution including materials selection construction techniques and finishing details.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources including materials equipment and manpower to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites promoting a culture of safety and awareness among team members.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets track expenses and identify costsaving opportunities while delivering exceptional results within budgetary constraints.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement implement best practices and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Green Industry with a focus on landscape/lawn care business operations and hardscape construction
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management position
• Must have a valid driver's license and exceptional driving record
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills
• Expertise in landscape hardscape construction techniques including retaining wall builds patio installations and other outdoor enhancements.
• Experience in service industry management including routing scheduling and customer service excellence.
• Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of equipment used in landscaping and construction.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact with clients team members and stakeholders.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to quality safety and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently solve problems and make informed decisions in a fastpaced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
