Job Description

Position : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be at the forefront of creating awareness and developing the customer base for the HealthLand Clinic.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare domain coupled with a passion for childrens wellbeing to drive meaningful relationships and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Growth & Sales: Identify develop and close business opportunities with schools and corporates ensuring that the company meets its growth targets.
2. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including RWAsNearby schools corporate HR and health & wellness leads.
3. Market Analysis: Regularly research analyze and understand market trends competitor offerings and potential areas of investment to position our services effectively.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to design campaigns offers and pitches tailored for the target audience.
5. Feedback & Improvements: Collect feedback from clients to continually refine and improve the service offerings.
6. Training & Presentations: Organize workshops and seminars to increase awareness of the importance of early pediatric screenings.
. Reporting: Regularly update senior management on business development activities and successes. Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related fields. Masters/MBA would be a plus.
Minimum of 4 years experience in business development or sales in the healthcare sector. in retail clinics maternity hospitals etc
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team. Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of pediatric healthcare services.
Existing relationships with residential complexes schools etc in Whitefield
Ability to use CRM tools for tracking leads and sales progress
