Recruitment Consultant (Trainee)

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Teamworx you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying engaging and presenting toptier candidates to our clients. Your enthusiasm tenacity and commitment to delivering exceptional service will contribute to the continued growth and success of Teamworx.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Collaborate closely with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards social media databases and networking events.

Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications experience and suitability for specific roles.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by consistently engaging and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates.

Conduct thorough research to understand the retail and hospitality industries staying informed about market trends competitors and industry developments.

Assist in writing and optimizing job descriptions to attract the right talent for our clients.

Coordinate interview schedules communicate with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records and information in the companys applicant tracking system.

Participate in team meetings brainstorming sessions and training opportunities to enhance your recruitment skills and industry knowledge.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the recruitment field.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools databases and social media platforms.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Prior experience in recruitment customer service or retail/hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
