what you will do;
- Assist users with PreSales General Inquiries and technical support via various channels (phone/email/chat/social).
- Adapt brand voice for private and public interactions (phone/email/chat/messaging/social forums ecommerce reviews).
- Handle customer escalations and escalate issues to higher support tiers.
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document case information accurately.
Requirements;
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- English B1 or B2 written and Spoken
