Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Experience: 8 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with handson experience in PMS C&B and Payroll Administration.

Responsibilities :

  • Administer the employees Compensation rewards benefits & Incentives.
  • Ensure statutory compliances Coordination with consultants.
  • Handle periodic audits both Internal & External.
  • Preparation of reports and MIS centrally.
  • Administer Leave and Attendance.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies & procedures in line with business requirements.
  • Initiate activities for improvement of processes.
  • Execute operational activities with respect to employee life cycle management.
  • Lead analysis of compensation and internal parity and structure.
  • Continuously improve upon processes and build robustness and checks.
  • Educate employees on changing policy and processes of various salary components.
  • HR Budgeting.
  • HR Analytics

Functional Competencies:

  • Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills.
