Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst for one of our client companies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases & scenarios user stories business rule analysis process diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Proven experience in defining and documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• Effective analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Preferred Full/ partial qualification in CIMA CMA etc.
• Preferred Certifications related to Business Analysis.
• Preferred Prior experience in the fields of Banking Finance etc. as well as Credit Card Management systems Mobile Apps etc.
• 2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Bachelors Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize techniques such as use cases & scenarios user stories business rule analysis process diagrams and data flow diagrams to thoroughly analyze business requirements.
• Define and document requirements/user stories across brands/projects to ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile environment participating in sprint planning backlog grooming and other agile ceremonies as needed.
• Apply effective analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address issues gaps and opportunities in requirements.
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English ensuring clarity and understanding among team members and stakeholders.
