Quality Engineer - FG Dispatch

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Inspection ( 3.1 and 3.2) and Dispatch with environmental factors eg High humidity

2. Coordination with QC and TPI Dispatch cell for documentation and compliance

3. Filling of Dimensional checklist and Material Handling (without edge and Body Damage)

4. Packing with environmental factors eg High humidity and environmentally friendly material

5. Verification of Packing material Dispatch handling and validation of material identification and traceability

6. Lead a team of about 8 to 10 people.

7. Coordinate with transporters to ensure that the packing is as per as PO terms and or other basic requirements and that the material is being loaded on the correct vehicle

8. Ensure evidence of the packing . loading and placement of the consignment

9. Data entry and Data compliance as per ERP / BizSol

10. Other support activities entrusted from time to time by the Management

11. Functional Reporting to Planning / CEO

Requirements

Basic Qualification and Experience :

1. DME/ B.E/B.Tech with a minimum experience of 6 Years ( for DME) or 4 Years ( for BE/B.Tech). However this qualification can be exempted for exceptional candidates

2. The candidate should have a minimum handson experience in forging Industry ( Open and Die) of about 3 Years

3. He should have a reasonable measurement skill with Micrometer Vernier Caliper Height Gauges Bevel gauges Visual inspection acumen sensitive to Material handling to avoid damage.

4. Should be aware of Various material Grades CS AS and SS

5. He should have worked with various components eg Flanges (Blinds Wnrf Orifice flanges etc) Floating head Nozzles shafts Lower Journal Housings Crank Shafts Rotors lower guide bolts etc.
