Job Description

Were looking for an experienced (35 years in this type of work) reliable exceptionally organized paralegal to partner with our most experienced attorneys on open litigation cases. We work hard together to win for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on relevant laws regulations and legal articles

Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and discovery requests

Manage case files and maintain document databases

Schedule appointments hearings and depositions

Communicate with clients witnesses and court personnel

Assist attorneys in preparing for trial

Attend court hearings and trials

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in the field of Commercial Personal Injury Law
    • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
