Paralegal

Entertainment firm looking for Paralegal to join their legal department in Sherman Oaks.

Duties:

This position will specifically work with O1/O2 Immigration Advisory Opinion Letters for the entertainment industry as well as coordinating research requests by individuals from member companies.

• Review submissions and prepare Advisory Letter to be reviewed by attorney
  
• Maintain organized files and document management systems
  
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on status
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree Paralegal certificate
  
• Some experience working as a Paralegal
  
• Proficient in legal drafting and proofreading
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well independently
  
  
• Interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and coworkers
  
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
