Netsuite General Ledger Accountant

This is a remote position.

• Configure NetSuites financial modules including general ledger accounts receivable accounts payable and fixed assets to align with the companys accounting practices and financial reporting needs.
  
• Manage roles and permissions to ensure the integrity and security of financial data
  
• Design custom searches reports and dashboards in NetSuite to provide actionable insights for decisionmakers.
  
• Develop maintain and optimize complex financial reports dashboards and KPIs within NetSuite to provide accurate and timely financial data to stakeholders. Support monthend and yearend close processes.
  
• Work crossfunctionally with sales technology operations and customer service to review processes leading to data integrity issues and define new processes to eliminate or mitigate errors.
  
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes within NetSuite enhancing efficiency accuracy and compliance. Automate financial operations where possible to reduce manual effort and error.
  
• Monitor existing data integrity processes and proactively identify new areas of potential risk.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and Netsuite accounting records
  
• 2 years of experience working with NetSuite financial modules and functionalities
  
• Experience creating custom searches performing csv imports of data and monitoring data integrity of financial information is strongly preferred
  
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  
• Certification as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Financial User is highly desirable
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 12AM9AM
