Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role you should have handson experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing PR and marketing strategies building media relations writing press releases overseeing content production organizing press conferences and events conducting market researches and bringing new business opportunities.

The ideal profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing area;

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and designing engaging marketing campaigns;

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the real estate field;

Creative positive and critical thinker with a proactive approach.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of website analysis tools such as Google Analytics; Solid knowledge of CRM affiliates PPC and social media;

Proven experience in digital marketing.
