Our client is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper that will be customer facing answering phones and receiving inperson customers as necessary to join their team!
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with solid bookkeeping skills that can grow and acquire additional duties/roles. These duties are along the lines of project management and personal assistant to the General Manager.

Expectations and Experience:
Accounting Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records.
- Ability to handle daytoday bookkeeping (Receivables/Payables) tasks efficiently:
- Create Vendor PO’s
- Receive enter and categorize bills
- Weekly review payables prep and check run
- Accounts reconciliation
- Review IndySoft invoice templates and transition/create Quick Books invoices
- Receive payments (credit card check ACH)
- Weekly deposit
- Support IndySoft and Netsuite transition through data review and entry as needed
- Support ISO 17025 documentation and distribution efforts
- Support Safety & Engagement initiatives
