Responsibilities
Efficiency of all appliances and technology related affairs renewal of warranties /AMCs on time and recommendation
of extended warranties/AMCs PPM Adherence MIS Vendor Negotiation DG Transformer.
Monthly Equipment Health Report Material Inventory
Monthly AMC Reports Diesel Inventory Pool Material Inventory
Pool Cleanliness Quality upkeep
Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates
Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of equipment and parts Control and monitor inventory of assets
Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs timeously and costeffectively
Organize incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports
Implement preventative maintenance programs
Direct and control all personnel and resources to ensure
property is properly maintained
Conduct and document regular facilities inspections 15 day
checklists
Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
Coordinating on company warranty claims
Sending material request to purchase team & follow ups
Planning & coordination with Common area maintenance
team
Daily pool water report submission Daily work report
submission Log Books Maintenance Daily Travel Report
Drain Chambers Common Area Complaints Closure Safety
Adherence.
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facilityrelated
budgets finances contracts expenditures and
purchases
Processes and Systems
Adherence to checklists for maintenance
Training
Training team members maintenance staff on their roles
responsibilities and conduct Training on Equipment s Lift
DGs Panels and other preventive maintenance
