We are a Recruitment company based in Sri Lanka and our client is one of the leading Multinationals operating in the country.

Details of the Job.

As a Medical Delegate you will play a pivotal role in representing our company within the medical community. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals providing them with accurate and uptodate information about our products and supporting their understanding of how our products can benefit patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
• Provide healthcare professionals with accurate and uptodate information about our products including clinical data indications and dosing information.
• Deliver engaging and informative presentations to healthcare professionals in various settings such as hospitals clinics and conferences.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and medical affairs to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
• Stay abreast of developments in medical science healthcare policies and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value of our products.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing interactions with healthcare professionals and the promotion of pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales medical affairs or related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical science and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to healthcare professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with key stakeholders.
• Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Professiona or Academic qualification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
