Job Description: Registered General Nurse (RGN) at Tudor House Nursing Home
We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Tudor House Nursing Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing highquality nursing care to our residents while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing planning delivering and evaluating nursing care for residents.
- Ensuring all medical records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a doctor or according to the homes policies.
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
