Craft awesome HR policies and practices that make Headsup the coolest place to work (seriously!)
Find and attract top talent who will fit our company culture
Keep employee relations smooth for a happy and productive work environment
Onboard new hires and make them feel like rockstars from day one
Craft and implement new processes under the umbrella of people experience and talent management
Basically be an HR superhero who keeps things running smoothly!
Qualifications
2 years of HR experience (the role demands experience but superstars in the making are welcome!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you will talk to everyone!)
Problem solving skills and a proactive approach (HR life finding solutions!)
Strong organisation and the ability to juggle like a boss (no judging your juggling skills)
Work from office (Hauz Khas Delhi)
