Ensure that luggage and equipment are collected and delivered to the guest in an efficient and timely manner.
Tag bags and return ID cards to guests.
Full assistance to guests with carrying luggage to the front desk.
Accompanying guests to the room, and placing the luggage in the room designated by the reception desk.
Inspect guest rooms, request adequate supplies, and familiarize guests with room facilities.
Delivers faxes, letters, packages, and flowers to guest rooms and other offices.
