Open Position: Procurement Manager, Information Technology (Shared Services Company)
A reputable Shared Services company is hiring for Procurement Manager, Information Technology to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- More than 5 years working experience working in Procurement department covering Information Technology (IT) functions.
- Good experience in performing purchasing work for IT equipment including supplier & vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase order and order tracking.
- Continuously maintaining the best purchase price and the highest level of quality, reliability and services with IT based suppliers and vendors.
- Identify and lead regional IT procurement and sourcing projects consisting of IT Software, Infrastructure and etc with service providers and vendors.
- Develop short-term and long-term procurement pipelines that drive total value, including cost savings, KPIs, supplier relationship management and etc.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
