Stardom Employment Consultants LLC is a leading staffing and recruitment agency providing topnotch employment solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented AP Specialist to join our team in Fresno CA.

As an AP Specialist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices reconciling accounts and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and uptodate records responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with monthend close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions

Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues or inquiries

Assist with monthend close processes including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as GAAP standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable

Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with monthend close processes is a plus
