Efficiently manage the PanIndia Operations for Corporate Travel i.e. Domestic & International ticketing and Allied Services.
Developing and Implementing Strategic policies across India.
Engaging with clients at different levels to maintain strong relationships.
Keep checks on Health card of clients to mitigate the risks.
Helping clients to formulate a travel policy by studying their travel pattern and assist them in cost controlling.
Working on Automation of Travel Policy on Self Booking tool for various corporates with the Tech Team
Ensure the Service Level Agreements are Met as per the client SOPS
Conducting quarterly reviews of all regions and setting the expectations and targets right.
Working closely with HRBP for Identifying the Training needs related to Operations.
Upselling & Cross Selling for Revenue Growth Revenue
Optimization of Resources by Productivity Management Setting right KRA s and KPI s.
