Key responsibilities of Manager Logistic are
Transportation Management
Inventory Management
Warehousing / CFA Management
Communication
Purchase Management
Purchase Bills verification along with Purchase order.
Accurate booking of Purchase Bills in Tally Prime.
Keeping Record of Purchase Bills for Audit Purpose.
Keeping Track of PO raised Vs Material supplied.
Booking of Delivery Challan in Tally Prime.
Transportation Management
Strong knowledge and Experience of transport coordination.
Verification of Transportation bills.
Followup with transport contractors for ensuring timely and safe delivery of
materials to assigned destinations/customers.
Coordinating
with
sales
teams
for
effective
material
transportation
and
its
delivery.
Coordinating with supplier for timely dispatch of material.
Keeping track of delivered and in transit material.
Communication
Communicating with Suppliers regarding Purchase order receipt and dispatch
schedule.
Coordination
with
various
departments
within
the
organization
including
procurement sales and production Department.
Attending
to
internal
and
external
audits
related
to
Purchase
record
and
transportation.
