As a Senior SEO Manager you will :

Within the SEO team (Marketing & Sales team department) and based in Barcelona your mission is to drive plan and execute new growth projects for the SEO team in one or more of our markets.

Your role consists of setting up developing and scaling new SEO levers to deliver and maintain high growth standards.

This is a strategic role for papernest since you will be working on new topics with high growth potential for one or more of the markets of our SEO team. Your role will cover several areas : SEO optimization content production off page development cross team project management and data analysis

• Strategy and Project Management: identification and prioritization of growth opportunities (keyword research website structures sizing content needs ) to build roadmap & action plans (goals resources execution) with the chance to work on French Spanish and Italian market
• Management : you are in charge of the coordination of a team from 8 people: mentoring and coaching problem solving on daily topics prioritization hiring
• Data analysis : you fully own the SEO funnel for your markets: weekly/monthly performance analysis dashboard ownership one shot analysis about KPIs like revenues traffic market share etc. to find growth opportunities
• Onsite optimization: you review the quality of the content published in our websites and you ensure SEO best practices implementation across our platforms (internal linking tags crawl optimization semantic )
• Offsite optimization: you develop backlink strategies and enable interactions with others websites (social media press ) to improve our authority (linkbuilding) and you ensure that marketing campaigns are targeted to the company growth expectations.

About you :

• 4 to 7 years ofprevious SEO experience (both onpage and offpage) ideally or as a strategic consultant
• Business or engineering school academic background
• Strong analytical skills: masters in Excel and ideally familiar with SQL
• Fluent in English and French (Italian and Spanish are plus)
• Obsessed by growth generation and with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fastlearner proactive enthusiastic teamplayer and willing to test new solutions
• Great communication andinterpersonal skills
