Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives in a fastpaced company. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders providing HR expertise and support to drive organizational success.


Key Focus Areas for the People and Culture Manager Position

  • Align HR strategies with business goals
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Implement HR programs and initiative
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Drive talent management and development effort
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Lead organizational development initiatives
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR needs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on HR policies procedures and best practices
  • Handle employee relations issues and investigations
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to managers
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive datadriven decisions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on HR projects and initiatives




Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a business partner role
  • Experience in a fastpaced dynamic work environment


Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization s facilities.
  • Extra working hours may be required given the nature of EAF s business.
  • Able to travel within Dar Es Salaam other regions and countries where the company has operations.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment
