Job Title: Senior HR and Payroll Technofunctional Business Analyst

Type of Work: Onsite. 1 year contract.

Client: Baltimore County Public Schools.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR and Payroll Technofunctional Business Analyst with extensive experience in data conversion and migration projects specifically focusing on CGI to Oracle Cloud migrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of HR and Payroll systems with the ability to map legacy systems to Oracle Cloud environment seamlessly. This role requires handson experience in data manipulation SQL ETL processes and proficiency in utilizing tools like JIRA. The candidate should be adept at running reconciliation reports and ensuring data accuracy throughout the migration process.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 15 years demonstrated experience in Data conversion with mandatory CGI to Oracle cloud migrations.
  2. Demonstrated handson technofunctional experience on all HR and Payroll functionalities in CGI and Mapping legacy to Oracle Cloud environment.
  3. Experience running reconciliation reports on extracted transformed and loaded data.
  4. 15 years experience in SQL and ETL process.
  5. Experience with JIRA is essential.
  6. Proficient in HDL FBDI and Oracle table structures with reverse mapping to CGI is essential.
  7. Proficient in data mining data structures schemas and applicable file structures.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute data conversion projects focusing on CGI to Oracle Cloud migrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Map legacy HR and Payroll systems to Oracle Cloud environment ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Run reconciliation reports at various stages of data migration to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Utilize SQL and ETL processes for data manipulation and transformation.
  • Effectively utilize JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
  • Provide expertise in tools such as HDL FBDI and Oracle table structures for data migration.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to ensure comprehensive understanding of data structures and schemas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in HR and Payroll systems with a focus on data conversion and migration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL ETL processes and tools such as JIRA.
  • Extensive experience with CGI and Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
