Become part of the revolution: For our further growth we are immediately looking for you as a Business Development Representative (m/f/d) International at our headquarters in Munich at our office in Berlin or remotely nationwide in Germany.

  • Hunting: You identify and generate new sales opportunities by actively engaging potential customers via phone email and social media understanding their needs.
  • Research: You target potential decisionmakers prepare individual product presentations and organize meetings for our sales team.
  • Process Optimization: You work diligently record your interactions and activities in our CRM system and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop even better lead generation strategies.
  • Trends: You are interested in industry trends and market developments deriving creative adjustments and optimization potentials for our sales strategies from them.
  • Success: You love achieving goals and celebrating successes by surpassing our monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs through your highly motivated proactive resultsoriented mindset and your continuous search for improvement.

Dein Profil

  • You have years of professional experience ideally in B2B sales or direct sales telesales or cold calling.
  • You are a negotiation and communication expert capable of convincing people through your personality and competence and you operate on an equal footing.
  • You possess excellent time management and organizational skills are familiar with CRM software and MS Office.
  • You enjoy making decisions think entrepreneurially and analytically describe yourself as courageous and love continuously improving.
  • You have a highly motivated and proactive mindset are able to communicate confidently charmingly and professionally in English and possess a healthy sense of humor.
