Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Amman. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, customer service, lead generation, customer support, and sales.
Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales
- Proven track record in customer support
- Previous experience in sales or telesales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
