Location
Our offices are located in Lisbon and Braga or anywhere if you choose to go remote. It is your choice and regardless of it were sure that youll find a warm welcoming environment and a solution that will suit your every need. Notwithstanding as we enjoy spending some time together you may expect to meet the team in person occasionally for some group meetings.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Operations team as an Administrative Assistant Trainee. In this role you will be an essential part of our organization collaborating closely with the Operations Team including Legal Human Resources and Accounting. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a strong foundation in administrative support within a dynamic and innovative company.

What do we offer

Key responsabilities:

• Design and Conceptualization: Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to social media graphics website assets email campaigns infographics presentations and advertisements;
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design assets adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual style;
• Illustration and Iconography: Create custom illustrations icons and visual elements to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of our products and marketing materials.
• Photography and Image Editing: Assist in photography direction and editing to produce highquality images for various marketing and promotional purposes.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements provide creative insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends design tools and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.

Required skills:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field;
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design tools;
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects with a focus on digital and print media;
4. Excellent understanding of typography color theory layout and composition principles;
5. Able to work in a dynamic startup with a fastpaced environment;
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members;
7. Fluency in Portuguese and English (any additional languages will be a plus).
