Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship emotional support and a friendly presence to clients.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment promoting the health and wellbeing of clients.
• Observe and report any changes in a clients condition or needs to the appropriate team members.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Foster a respectful and dignified approach to care.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Previous care experience is a plus but not mandatory.
