Job Position: Email Administrator (Office 365 Administrator)
Job Location: Mumbai Vikhroli

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User and License Management:
    • Provision and deprovision Office 365 user accounts.
    • Manage licenses and subscriptions based on user roles and requirements.
    • Monitor and manage user access and permissions.
  2. Exchange Online and Outlook Configuration:
    • Configure and manage Exchange Online including mailboxes distribution lists and public folders.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve emailrelated issues.
    • Configure and support Outlook clients.
  3. SharePoint and OneDrive Management:
    • Administer SharePoint Online sites libraries lists and permissions.
    • Configure and manage OneDrive for Business accounts.
    • Implement and maintain SharePoint policies and workflows.
  4. Teams and Skype for Business Administration:
    • Administer Microsoft Teams including channels meetings and integration with other apps.
    • Manage Skype for Business settings and features.
  5. Security and Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain security best practices for Office 365.
    • Monitor and report on security incidents and compliance status.
    • Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Rights Management (IRM).
  6. Azure Active Directory (AAD) Integration:
    • Integrate and synchronize onpremises Active Directory with Azure AD.
    • Manage AAD identities groups and conditional access policies.
  7. Collaboration Tools and Apps:
    • Administer other Office 365 applications such as Power Automate Power Apps and Planner.
    • Configure and support thirdparty integrations and applications.
  8. Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor system health performance and usage.
    • Generate reports on Office 365 usage adoption and compliance.
  9. Office 365 eDiscovery & backup

Search Queries & Implement and manage Office 365 backup and recovery solutions.

    • Develop and test disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 05 to 07 years of experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
  • Microsoft 365 certification(s) such as MS100 MS101 or equivalent.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory Azure AD and networking concepts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other cloud platform Azure
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
