Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience
Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU Surgical/Trauma ICU Cardiac ICU CTICU based on HCP experience.
Floating to any IMC at the organization patient ratios 1:3 in IMC.
Education & Certifications Required:
Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): ACLS NIHSS

Number of Beds: 32 (20 Medical 12 Neuro ICU)
Patient Ratios: 1:2

EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience
Type of Patients on Unit: This 20 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit in a tertiary care and teaching institute. Patients cared for on this unit are primarily those with medical complications related to sepsis ARDS GI bleeds DKA and others.
Personality Fit: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care team communication and their drive to excel not only a member of our organization but also as an individual.
