This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highenergy HR & Admin Officer with outstanding communication organization and time management skills to support our HR Manager. You must be a reliable conceptual thinker with experience in recruitment and other HR areas and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. You must be ready to grow as the Finlanza team expands and the complexity of our HR requirements expands as well.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Format JDs submit online job postings shortlist candidates schedule job interviews and manage evaluations and offers.
- Manage onboarding and training for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality required while handling HR matters.
- Organize and maintain the structure of digital HR files and records
- Assists with planning and execution of events such as training benefits enrollment organizationwide meetings employee recognition events and holiday parties.
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Assist in carrying out exit interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR and Admin
- Knowledge of and exposure to Kenyan labor laws.
- The ability to work in teams and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fast learner with IT: payroll management human resource information systems (HRIS) performance management and similar computer applications.
- A higher Diploma in HR or CHRP will be an added advantage
