What does the job involve

• Technology Strategy: Set and steer a bold fiveyear technology vision collaborating with organization and countryprogram leadership.
• Tech Priorities: Provide detailed handson guidance for technology projects understanding the needs of clients and internal users.
• GotoMarket Experience: Develop and implement gotomarket strategies for new products and technologies ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
• Product Design: Oversee the design of usercentric products that meet the needs of our clients and internal users ensuring highquality user experiences.
• Team Development: Manage a leadership team of approximately 5 seniorlevel direct reports fostering career growth and performance.
• Recruitment and Mentorship: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent set clear performance expectations and provide technical mentorship.
• Career Growth and Development: Engage in weekly checkins workshops and career reviews to support ongoing development and career aspirations.
