Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving sales managing relationships with clients and overseeing the sales operations within your designated territory. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets. Your ability to lead a sales team build strong customer relationships and effectively communicate the value of our products or services will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting budgeting and reporting activities to track progress and optimize sales performance.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts pricing and terms of sale with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance sales techniques and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong focus on building relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and a resultsdriven approach to sales planning and execution.
  • Ability to analyze sales data market trends and customer behavior to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address complex sales challenges.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory and attend sales meetings and industry events as required.
