B2B SaaS platform that helps marketing teams optimize their marketing budget allocations with a selfservice Marketing Mix Modeling software.

Our Story and Our GrowthIn 2022 our team grew our previous company (a marketing agency) to 400k in revenue and managed 12M of advertising investments. We recognized the need to make marketing budget allocation decisions more scientific which led us to found Cassandra.

To support our vision we secured 300k in funding from international investors such as Vento (previously Exor Seeds) Oslo Venture Company Slicedbread and Vedrai Spa.

Our revenue has been experiencing rapid growth in recent months:
July 2023: 7000
August 2023: 18000
September 2023: 28000
October 2023: 32000
November 2023: 35000

Our clients grow with us:
Victoria Beckham Beauty achieved a 100% yearoveryear revenue increase while maintaining a stable Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) thanks to Cassandra.
Lampoo improved its ROAS by 80% with the help of Cassandra during Black Friday.
Cura of Sweden experienced an 82% increase in the number of orders while reducing the cost per order by 16%.
Treedom achieved a 19% reduction in cost per order through Cassandras Marketing Mix Modeling.

Our Vision:
We aim to develop the most effective Marketing Budget Allocation software to address the attribution problem and empower each brand to allocate their funds with confidence generating systematic improvements in ROAS.

What We Seek in You:

At least 5 years of professional experience (2 of which using Django)
Proficient in English
Great deductive and problem solving skills
Ability to preventively set correct deadlines and meet them systematically
Confidence in talking directly with customers to gather feedbacksWe will become the most used Marketing Mix Modeling software in the world.

Here some challenges you will work on:
Analyze usage data and interpret users feedbacks to identify (and implement) solutions to their needs
Simplifying very complex tasks with incredible UX and Onboarding
Explaining complex technical problems and solutions to nontechnical folks
Building a bugfree experience for our users

Your role will be closer to an executive than an employee.
Your decisions will affect the growth results of the company.
We are a team of 5 people you will be expected to make decisions and execute on them.

Daily standup meeting
We have a daily call at 9:30 AM CET to share our personal objectives of the day to the team. You will be asked to set your own short term objectives and achieve them.Weekly team Meeting
We evaluate progress at a weekly basis we share our learnings and we improve iteratevely.

Objectives and Responsibilities
Your will have complete freedom on where and how to work the only thing we care about is that you achieve the goals you set for yourself
13:05We are looking for a Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer to help our company scale the from 35 to 200 clients in the next 12 months.Demand is growing we want to be able to build a platform that is able to deliver at scale thanks to your help.In this role you will work with the cofounding team and: Build the easiest onboarding of any MMM Platform
Make the UX bugfree
Improve the platform every week with new releases What We Seek in You: At least 2 years of professional experience (1 of which using Django)
Proficient in English

In the first 3 months you can choose between:

Fixedterm contract
Selfemployed (VAT number)

In this initial phase the annual gross salary can reach up to 30000.

Your classification will depend on your previous experiences/skills/results you can demonstrate and on how your current classification relates to the existing regulations in Italy.

After this initial trial if we like how you work and you enjoy working with us we will offer you a contract starting with these conditions: At least 6 months contract
