Job Description:
We are seeking talented Inside Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Sales Managers to drive forward our sales efforts. As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives leveraging your expertise to engage with potential clients and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Manager to identify and target potential clients develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads manage pipelines and report on sales activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing and Product Development to support sales initiatives and optimize sales processes.

Job Specifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inside sales role: We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in inside sales with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in IT services knowledge: Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of IT services including software solutions cloud computing and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing is essential for this role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel is crucial for managing data analyzing sales metrics and generating reports.
  • Familiarity with lead generation processes: Candidates should be familiar with lead generation techniques and processes including prospecting qualifying leads and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities forward.
