Responsibilities:

Strong Handson experience on developing applications in .Net and event streaming technologies.

Work as Technical Project Manager to plan and execute projects ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications direction and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.

Lead the planning and design of the structure of a technology solution

Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex largescale strategic IT and business initiatives

Work closely with stakeholders/clients for understanding the system s functional and nonfunctional requirements in defining the Product Vision

Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules

Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of stakeholders/clients based on the stateoftheart technologies

Coordinate release and sprint planning Conduct daily scrum meetings

Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues

Provide leadership and guidance to coach motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

Requirements

12 years of professional experience with proven TPM expertise with a strong handson experience on .NET.

Handson experience with Microsoft technologies specifically: .NET/ASP.NET MVC .Net Core Web API C# SQL Server

Handson experience with web technologies including JSON/XML RESTful and SOAPbased web services JavaScript CSS jQuery

Good knowledge in Angular.

Strong knowledge of Microservice architecture and patterns.

Strong knowledge of DevOps process using Azure/AWS services

Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.

Experience with version control systems preferably Git.

Proficiency in designing and developing scalable highperformance and distributed systems using.NET

Strong hold on developing/implementing payment processing platforms and products.

Experience with eventdriven architecture and event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka RabbitMQ or similar.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes Kafka is a plus.

Knowledge of infrastructure holistic approach of product development deployment and scalability.

Experience in CI/CD and release management processes for efficient delivery of products.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms particularly AWS or Azure is advantageous.

Handson highenergy detailoriented proactive and able to function independently under pressure.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Intermediate knowledge of Databases such as Redis Oracle database SQL

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Certifications (Good to have) Agile Management PRINCE2/PMP any other program management certification
