Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential business opportunities markets and clients to pursue.

  • Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling networking referrals and digital marketing efforts.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth objectives.

  • Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to prospective clients showcasing our products/services and value proposition.

  • Conducting negotiations and closing deals to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Monitoring industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Working closely with internal teams such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving business goals.

  • Tracking sales performance preparing regular reports and conducting analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques strategies and principles.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in any CRM software.

  • Should have knowledge of PPT preparation.

  • Should have knowledge in MS Excel

  • 12 years experience is preferred.
