Roles and Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying potential business opportunities markets and clients to pursue.
Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling networking referrals and digital marketing efforts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth objectives.
Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to prospective clients showcasing our products/services and value proposition.
Conducting negotiations and closing deals to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Monitoring industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Working closely with internal teams such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving business goals.
Tracking sales performance preparing regular reports and conducting analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of sales techniques strategies and principles.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in any CRM software.
Should have knowledge of PPT preparation.
Should have knowledge in MS Excel
12 years experience is preferred.
